the location was great. our room included a balcony offering views of the square. the room itself provided ample space and it was also very clean..

i found constant messages asking us to pay the city tax via a third-party website. i also had to send scans of our passports. the messages included incorrect links..

Wonderful Stay in a Great Location

central location smooth check-in vaporetto stop luggage storage

I appreciated the central location. It was very close to the Accademia bridge. A vaporetto stop to San Marco was nearby. A ten-minute walk also worked well. The check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. I found good communication with the staff. I was grateful to leave my luggage upon arrival. This allowed me to explore the city immediately.

The television in my room did not function though i mentioned it.

There were two lovely cafes located just outside the hotel, and they offered convenient options for breakfast. This was a definite plus. Many restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. I enjoyed the proximity to these facilities.

The hotel features a common tea room, and I found it to be a pleasant surprise. The staff changed towels daily. They also kept the room clean. I could leave my luggage both on arrival and departure. The service was very helpful.

regular cleaning quiet area tea facilities clear instructions

The room was regularly cleaned. The area around the hotel was quiet. The lobby allowed for coffee and tea making. The provided instructions helped with finding the correct entrance, especially as the map info was not correct.

Some items appear rusty and possibly need replacement. This affected the overall feel of the room.
